RedM Launching Off of Motherboard

System specifications NVIDIA GeForce 4070 and an Intel Motherboard that has a graphics option.
What did you do to get this issue? I believe I accidentally swapped monitors while I was trying to get the game back into fullscreen, and it saved the settings without my wanting it to before I could.
What server did you get this issue on? WildRP

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? This has nothing to do with the issue.
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?
Yes.

Also add what you already tried so far.
I have tried through the Display settings setting everyone of the different RedM applications to run through the 4070, and it hasn’t allowed me to do anything with it as of yet.
