Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? I have a windows defender
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? yes?

Also add what you already tried so far.
reinstall REDM, turn off steam and rockstar and turn on rockstar then REDM and then steam, restart PC

Opt out from Steam Beta client.

Hello, I have the same problem, I did not buy the game from Steam, but I am playing on epic games. What is the solution?

Opt out from Steam Beta client x2. Or just don’t launch Steam at all.

How much I need to repeat that you need opt out from Steam Beta (x3) or don’t launch Steam at all (x2). Doesn’t matter when you bought the game. If Steam is running and it’s using beta branch it will crash your game.

I guess you don’t understand, I didn’t buy the game from Steam I bought it from the epic games store and I play from there

I have the same problem. If I leave Steam open and want to open Redm, I get the same problem. I can go in without steam, but without steam I can’t play anywhere
