RedM Freeze

What did you do to get this issue? Updated my GPU drivers and system, as well as Motherboard.
What server did you get this issue on? RedM, WildRP

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Factory reset GPU drivers and reupdated them to the version before newest update. Uninstalled all RDR2, RedM, and WildRP files and reinstalled multiple times, problem persists. Launched RDO after RedM reinstall, closed, started RedM, RedM starts - BUT once WildRP launcher is reinstalled I am asked to “Update RedM as it is outdated.” If I select “No” the launcher won’t work. If I select “Yes” it downloads the update and then freezes RedM when opening from any file location.
The app will open and get to the initial screen, then freeze completely and with out an error report, only “RedM Subprocess is not responding”.
RedM is allowed through firewall.
Tried to contact server owner of problem to which they directed me here.
