RedM Crashes On Start-Up

Intel R Core TM i7-9700kCPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz 16.0GB of Ram. 64 bit operating system
What did you do to get this issue?
I loaded into a random server so I could edit my settings and switch the game display from my second monitor to my main monitor. Had to restart the game so the settings could apply, and now I cant launch RedM. It just crashes and gives a error.
What server did you get this issue on?

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?
Yes.

Also add what you already tried so far.
I tried updating my computer and rebooting it then trying to relaunch RedM. Nothing seems to be working. This is my first time ever downloading RedM and Im new to the whole process. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
