What did you do to get this issue? Installing RedM and Running for the First Time
What server did you get this issue on? Cant even get to a server wont launch game.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? None
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
i have updated to latest video drivers.
i have uninstalled Red Dead, Rockstar, and RedM and reinstalled.
Game Launches as it should outside of RedM.

Update for someone else having this issue.
you need to copy your system.xml from
C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Settings
to
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\CitizenFX\rdr3_settings
this should fix this error if the game will launch outside of RedM.
