System specifications Ryzen 7 3700x, RTX 2080, 32GB RAM
What did you do to get this issue? When starting the app after installing.
What server did you get this issue on? Unable to join a server.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes

Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?
It never gets to the point of launching the game.

Also add what you already tried so far.
Also tried connecting through a VPN that goes to my work servers for another IP address. Neither worked.
