is there away i can keep my ped but have the police uniform without changing the body if u no what i mean

fivem does not support streaming of clothes for now so no you cant.
If you edit your skin textures in lambda, you can find some (if not most) of the police clothing. I think #55 in 'Shirt" is the police belt+radio. You can scroll thru everything else (including props for the hat) and you should be able to find what you are looking for.
Keep in mind that this will only work for the “MP Male” character. Every other ped has a set number of clothing options.
The default assets contain police uniforms for both Freemode male and female (for the Prison Break - Station setup.)
Edit: Found the component data in an outfit mod:

FiveM Does Support Streaming clothes. Its called EUP, and you need to be a Patreon in order to do it.

im using eup but i still didnt figured out how will i save skins numbers and get them into policejob config.lua…
then they are not reading the date of the post 
if you police script is not calling tha clothes from the database you need to put it in the config BUT if it is calling in from the database just put in the clothing numbers on job grades just like EMS och mechanic

the script is taking the clothing numbers. problem is that i added a custom uniform but idk its clothing codes to change
like i can load the skin in the police script by editing client main.lua,but not just the clothes of it, making my polices change all their skin values like face, hair, etc…
i would just need tshir, torso,… values of my new skin :\

no my clothes shop seems to not recognize the ped clothes 
i just can load the skin with f4 eup server side menu:
then i go to the my esx shop and it shows me this strange numbers
On the client side menu /eup i cant find my uniform and i think thats why im not getting there…
… i tried to stream on other way s_m_y_cop_01 by renaming files to mp_m_freemode_01^s_m_cop_01 but it didnt solved the question. im stuck on this i cant have custom clothes to polices and ems service

found a way to convert smy cop 01 uniforms into mp free ped clothes… basicly you need to take just the jbib(uppr part) and lowr ytd’s and ydds and replace mp_m_freemode_male_apt jbib and lowr part you wich to replace… its very hard thing to do i have been 12h till now to edit 2 pieces
