ok ill give you some tips
Summary
1- you need eup and Element Club Argentum at least
2- you need to have OpenIV mod knowledge
3 -install eup uniforms pack on GTA V mod folder
4 -take a cloth from the eup stream folder and edit it as u like ( use .ydd and .ytd files, get the images on dds format, convert to png, edit the skin as you like, reconvert to dds, load on .ydd new image and open .ytd to check your edits)
5 -when finished editing replace the eup stream skin you choose to edit by the one you’ve created on OpenIV by renaming the new one exactly how guides about installing eup clothes say
take the skin you edited from OPENIV to your servers folder and start streaming the new skin on server.cfg
6 -you dont need to stream all the eup client clothes , just the ones you are creating
actualy i got some weeks to get knowledge for it and its not an easy thing to full tell you how to do it since there are just like 200 steps of moving files. Actually point 4 and 5 of my answer will give you some headache if you’re not smooth with openIV/gtamodding
one more tip, for the police clothes you can replace the mp free mode apt01 ped clothes, cause that ones are clothes from cops.
isn’t it a glich that makes it so you can’t see your uniform?
