Hey, could we get a more in-depth preview? Looks really promising with the dealer aspect…

Most likely another video will be released in a couple of days, for now a few screenshots were added.
Big thanks for request though.

I would love more of a video on it too, showing it off a bit more.

I take it the tables can be set inside the casino or anywhere and they stay on server restarts?

You can add tables on config file and that will spawn a table entity as well.

Ayy this looks pretty good!!

Couple of questions:

  • What’s the resmond like?
  • Does the cards the dealer lays down on the table, reflect the actual cards that were dealt?

Thank you a lot, it is really nice to hear that from you.

Answering your questions:

  • Resmon for shows around 0.01-0.02 when idle and while playing, leaving and joining table raises it to around 0.04-0.05 for a couple of seconds.
  • Correct cards models were not implemented in initial release, but are coming with next update!

That’s Fantastic!

resmond is critical these days, so glad to hear this is low haha.

I let my guys know about this and looks like we will be getting it! Please ping me once the update comes for the correct cards on the table - and I’ll pick up the script!

This does look really good. I think generally we’ve all been waiting for a non-ui/minimal UI, natural feeling Texas Hold’em game. I think you’re onto something with what you’ve got here…

I’d be seriously interested in a v2 of this script where there is minimal UI (used for betting, calling etc, and display of cards…) and the dealer lays the cards on the table and conducts the game.

You seem to be half way there with this, and you could take it all the way with some patience.

Great work and keep it up.

That is a good suggestion and if there would be a demand for it, could definately make that happen.

bro you couldnt of said it better. A non-UI or extreamly minimum UI is what ive been looking for, for a VERY long time.

I look forward to seeing where this script goes!

FiveM doesn’t realize they want it yet, tbh. Someone just has to make it and full send it.

Would be nice to be able to modify the distance check for the button prompt - currently struggling to find a good place in my casino to place the table that doesn’t result in that prompt constantly pinging you while at another game

Also - less prints in the consoles would be nice

Will keep that in mind and gonna add that to config, thanks. For the console prints you would need to disable debug mode and that will remove all of them

I remember that you already released a bad poker script, with many errors, the server crashed when there were 200 people, will this be the same?

I bought the first poker script a few years ago. It was absolute garbage. This one looks better, but i wouldn’t purchase another script from dzp.

I don’t have a 200 person server to comment about, but I will say this ran without crashing my 15-25 person server. No crazy resmon or anything. Game itself ran smoothly for everyone involved, no confusing aspects.

UI is nice and responsive.

Only two complaints right now, that dzp already acknowledged and said he would be working on them. There is a small bug with payouts going to the wrong person on a some outcomes. All-in scenarios don’t account for what those who call can actually cover - it makes everyone who calls go all in and gives all the money to whoever wins the hand, even if they only had $1 against $1M.

Will update my post when these are fixed, because this definitely has potential to be the best FiveM poker script. I own or tested them all at this point.

Edit:

Dzp has been working with me to fix every single thing I’ve come up with complain about. I will say too - they’re some super edge case issues I was running into.

As of this edit, the dev version I was helping to test had proper payouts and no performance/crashing issues at all. My players are loving it, by far the best Texas Hold’Em Poker script on FiveM. I’m not 100% sure if dzp pushed that branch to production yet, but once he does this will be good to go!

I was wondering about the dev version thats in my keymaster haha. ya our only issue was for some players not being able to sit down with more then 5000 chips. But otherwise its been smooth sailing!

There was an issue on one of the first versions where it wouldn’t let you sit down with your max stack of chips/money, because of a missing =, but that was fixed.

Could also be the chips are in split stacks in inventory? That’ll cause inventory check issues with most inventory systems I believe. I know my players are always reporting this. Fix is to move chips to top of inventory slots.
