Yes, the NPCs react perfectly to the lights. Great job, already on my servers.
you have to add traffic light tags to the correct path nodes. The nodes already exist by default in the game, you just have to tag them. That was the part that took me forever to figure out…haha without the nodes being tagged correctly, the lights are just blank assets with no lights at all.
I’ll definitely look into it. I couldn’t find any ped path nodes in there to edit. With the lack of any ped traffic in the county, though, I didn’t pursue it too heavily.

If you really wanted to you could grab some shitty ones from turbosquid and convert them
