Welcome to urban elegance in the heart of Los Santos with our brand new MLO: Eclipse Tower Apartments!

• The first floor features 5 unique apartments, each with its own custom design

Additional resources :

Audio occlusion files : This feature reduces outside noise when inside and between rooms, enhancing the immersive experience within the MLO. Enable or disable it based on preference.

Important details:

• This MLO is exclusively available for subscribers
• Subscription also include all our existing and future work
• Each apartment can be furnished or unfurnished thanks to our Entity Set system : perfect for integration with your own housing script

EDIT : Why subscription only ?

We understand that some of you might be surprised that our apartments are currently available only through the subscription, so we wanted to share a bit more context.
This is actually a multi-step release: the floors, new rental units, and the different apartment layouts are not all finalized yet. The project is evolving and continues to grow week after week.
Because of this, selling individual floors as standalone isn’t an option. It would create too many limitations, especially since we can’t set a fair price in advance for a standalone version that wouldn’t yet be complete.
Since we don’t yet know exactly how many rental units or apartment models we’ll end up offering, it seemed more coherent to include this project in our existing subscription, which already bundles all of our other MLOs and event maps.
For all these reasons, we’re sticking with this model for now.

Bro we need this map, please allow us to purchase it. Maybe charge a fee for updates for those who want updates. All these developer subscriptions are adding up to a pricey monthly bill.

Yo guys there will be 65+ appartments a the end, we obviously can’t make 7 different packages for those who wants 1 or 2 or 5 floors or 2 location but not the third one.

If we don’t go sub only, it will be a mess in our store and ppl will buy the wrong package.
Btw it’s included in the general subscription with all maps and MLO so it’s 800$ + worth of content for 15$/month.

It’s also a nice way to thank our existing subscribers, who can get all our housing products early.
