Does Microsoft not own those textures and models and you can’t really sell them?

It depends on interpretation, I suppose. For what it’s worth, I created the prop from scratch from reference images, it’s not ripped from the game it was inspired by. So in that regard, it’s not unlike the endless paid “F350 body” vehicle releases on the forums, or worse, the hair packs that are ripped from Sims 4.
