for some reason /help isnt working to pull up the menu for me. all i did was drag and drop the script in to make sure it opens up but nothing. i use esx legacy 1.6.0 and im not sure what couls be the issue

Hello, today i bought this script nad i really like it but i have problem with ticket system. When i go on the Ticket page i cant create tickets and i have written on the background : This plugin is not supported. What can i do?

Ironically, bad support from gfx, the irony is not lost on me about receiving bad support about a script thats about help and support.

If you are making a standalone script you should always incorporate ACE Perms into your resources as most devs do, just saying… its the standard permission system for any server with more than 10 people on it who are not using ESX or QBcore jobs…

We did end up doing it ourselves in 20 minutes. But the point is that if you want to sell a better script you should start using ACE perms too. Thats why server owners/other devs buy scripts from other devs. Because we are also very busy - otherwise we would just make them ourselves. But whatever man you do you. I wasn’t asking for much. He said he was going to do it then just closed the ticket without doing it lol.

You will also get this error if you do not use Steam with FiveM. Which many people don’t because they have the game on Epic Games. So if your players try to use this script they need to be logged in on Steam.
