What did you do to get this issue? i was playing with RedM, changing graphic settings and it appears. now it appears everytime i start RedM
What server did you get this issue on? it crashes

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? it is Windows Defender, i cannot disable it
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? yes, but RedM doesn’t work if you start RGL as administrator

Also add what you already tried so far. uninstall and reinstall RDR2 and RedM and Rockstar launcher… nothing changed
