- Gym with lots of exercise equipment and reception desk looking at lake view trough windows

- A basketball court that can be turned off completely
- Amphitheater suitable for various events
- Edited default GTA5 sounds to reduce the noise of the city on the map
- Custom static emitter and ambient sounds (sounds of nature, a DJ set, birds and other ambient sounds in order to achieve the best experience of the lake)
