Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? no
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? Both. I started as admin and not

Also add what you already tried so far.
I tried to delete the CitizienFX-folder and update the driver

Everytime I will start RedM there is an issue
