You can disable specific ymaps NVE adds by a simple script. That way, NVE ymaps overlaps won’t be issue. Just make sure you won’t use this to disrupt LOD structure (parented ymaps for example). Now, FiveM RPFs of NVE are encrypted afaik, but there should be SP counterparts and that’s where you could find which ymaps need to be turned off by the script.

It’s all done but many servers don’t use NPCs in Germany right now
FiveM is maybe the only one (?) GTA MP framework that allow NPCs in general. Unless you specifically target servers that don’t use NPCs, by not having navmesh and/or by not advertising it, you’re selling yourself short because of this, IMO.
