Just wanted to put my review out there since there isnât a test server to try out this MLO in. The front of this MLO is amazing. Its a great parking lot and building extension, much better than the alleyway thatâs normally there. The windows to the private rooms from the outside also look great. The interior however is very standard. It reuses a lot of the same textures/ assets from the normal vanilla unicorn like the wall textures and broken neon sign above the strip poles. The back of this MLO is where our problems start. It has a very flat back with no added detail on a flat wall, looks night and day compared to the detail of the front. The entrance also lacks quite a bit of detail when you first walk in. On the right thereâs a neon whiteboard, but the interior doesnât extend at all to the right like you might expect with the extended exterior. That space could be used as an area for a staircase to the roof. Thatâs another issue, no staircase or elevator to the rooftop area so youâre gonna have to setup some kind of teleport if you wanna use that area. The rooftop also reuses the closed bar countertop with chairs on it from the Diamond Casino rooftop, and reuses the blue dance floor prop from Bahama Mamas. No custom assets or anything special like hot tubs or cool structures on the roof. The private dance room inside also uses curtains instead of a door, so thereâs no way to keep unwanted guests out. The room leading into the private room, office, and dressing room also has no lights or detail on the ceiling. It also reuses similar props from the Casino DLC used in the fiv3devs VU MLO like the golden Banana statue and the pink couches. The office also lacks a safe and doesnât have any fish in the fish tank.
Over all, it feels like most of the effort of this MLO was put into renovating the exterior/ parking lot area and the rest of it feels very lacking. Hopefully this helps with anyone on the fence about buying this MLO. Hopefully updates are made so the rest of the MLO reflects the exterior.

Weâre really glad to hear that you liked the exterior design, especially the parking lot and building extension. We put a lot of effort into creating a strong first impression in those areas. At the same time, we take your points regarding the interior, the back of the building, and especially the rooftop area very seriously.
In fact, weâre already working on a comprehensive update, which will include improvements to the rooftop and extend its functionality. Weâre also addressing several other areas, such as lighting, detailing, access points, and replacing reused assets with custom ones. Our goal is to bring the entire MLO up to the same level of quality as the exterior creating a consistent and immersive experience throughout.

Appreciate the response. Only other things I noticed was the telephone cables are floating next to where the telephone pole used to be in the parking lot, and there might be a collision issue on the right exit. Every time I try to drive a car out, I end up hitting some invisible collision. Also the ground texture doesnt havent any border near the back of the exterior. It kinda just transitions right into the pavement and looks awkward. Maybe a curb could help with that. The area that has the food trucks might be better to have something else there instead of the concrete wall. On the roof, like I said, a staircase could definitely help, but itâd also be nice to have hot tubs or maybe even a fighting ring. Also a functional bar would be nice. In the interior, maybe we could give some custom neons or cool lighting effects like what seen in the Gabz Bahama Mamas MLO. A kitchen for food making and an employee storage room would be appreciated too.

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback and all the helpful suggestions! The collision issue you noticed when trying to exit could indeed be caused by an adjacent map or a neighboring area. We will definitely investigate this thoroughly to identify the cause and fix the problem.
We also take your observations about the floating telephone cables and the missing transition on the ground texture very seriously. A clear, defined edge or a small curb could significantly improve the overall look and make the area feel more polished. Your idea to replace the concrete wall near the food trucks with something else sounds exciting, and we will explore creative ways to implement it.
The suggestions for the roof such as a staircase or hot tubs are very interesting and provide great inspiration to make the space more versatile and lively. A functional bar area and interior ideas with custom neon lights and cool effects, similar to whatâs seen in the Gabz Bahama Mamas MLO, also sound fantastic and could really add atmosphere. The idea of a kitchen and an employee storage room is also very practical and will be added to our list.
