Low FPS in FiveM servers

What did you do to get this issue? FPS stutters and is gets extremely low especially in cars

What server did you get this issue on? Solo RP

Also add what you already tried so far.

• I have changed my graphics settings in FiveM ingame as well as changing graphics settings on PC itself
• I’ve disabled fullscreen optimization and enabled High DPI scaling override on both FiveM and GTA V
• I’ve cleared my fiveM Cache
• Turned power settings to high performance
• Switched FiveM to DirectX 10.1
