We’ve had over 90 downloads in less than 24 hours, so yes, naturally my first response was: “it must be an issue on your end.”
Our website has just migrated to this new platform, so it took us some time to realize that this was indeed a problem affecting multiple users and not just an isolated case.

I deleted my previous post because the translation I made of your message wasn’t accurate
I misunderstood what you were actually saying.

However, comments like the one you posted on our Discord reflect a certain mindset…

It’s quite disappointing to see such reactions, especially for a product that we’re offering.

As for our website, thank you for the information we’re currently investigating the issue affecting some users.

Yes, because the way you spoke to me as if it’s my issue. Along with other users reporting the same issue. I could’ve told you myself it was on your end. It doesn’t take much to realise that. The fact you didnt go and check before responding is dissapointing. What kind of “Studio” speaks to possibly customers the way you did.

I’m certain you guys are a bunch of kids the way you deal with things. Anyone with a proper business mindset would have went and checked the issue.

And to your discord screenshot why dont you post the message i replied to? Because you cut that out. I replied to a user who said there was a issue with the website.

The problem is that I actually did, and there was no issue on my end, nor for the other people who downloaded the resource (96 downloads in 24 hours).

Anyway, believe what you want.
Yes, we are a “studio,” but we’re not dogs.
We do this for fun above all, so yes, we don’t always stay completely calm when faced with that kind of attitude.

If you took my first response : where I simply said “it’s an issue on your end” , the wrong way, that’s unfortunate. It wasn’t meant to be aggressive or disrespectful in any way.
