Is this script released? (death animation)

As seen on the DOJ server, they have a death animation that when you are killed, you ragdoll and fall to the ground, and you stay on the ground (instead of turning back into to Michael or whatever and respawning).

Is this a mod that’s been released or is it still private?

I tried out that mod on our server, it’s not even close to the mod you linked, which is disappointing. It’s probably just unreleased and will probably stay that way.
