Is there any way you can install singleplayer graphic enhancer mods to work on five reborn?

yes it is very possible via the citizen folder in the five reborn directory

I installed visual 5 using the reshade verison, and it crashes everytime saying its unable to open 3 files.

unblock the dll files

missing the reshade.ini file maybe
