Hello, I’ve been looking for help with this problem for a while now, but it’s been hard to find any explanations anywhere, at least as far as I’ve been able to search. Basically, I made some modifications to the ped file player_three.ymt
, as the character is normally bald and without a beard, etc. The modified file works fine in story mode, but I want it to work in RedM, where it ends up invisible. I know it’s possible to make it work, but I don’t know how. When I export the XML file from OpenIV and make the modification, I need to convert it back to YMT, and the way I currently do that is by just renaming the file, which doesn’t seem to be the correct approach for RedM. For the functional ped files I’ve seen for RedM, they appear to be in binary or something similar. So, to sum it up, how can I convert a modified XML file into a functional YMT for RedM?
Wouldn‘t it be way easier to just add the 2 shop items to the John ped (hair and a beard)? Shipping an updated model file seems way overkill compared to that.
How? Does this work for RedM? Honestly, I don’t know where I can get these shop items for ped player_three
