Roulette is one of populator game in casino, now it’s available for iCore framework.

- Have full bet type, just use mouse to move and click to bet.
- Optimized with all my best, 0.00ms when idle. 0.1 or more when in betting stage (because render draw every frame)
Work in process:
- Try to change render betting stage to NUI for more optimized. But may have conflict with some game screen settings.
