I can't even seem to get RedM to properly install

RDR2 version? I don’t know it’s up to date on steam, I own both RDR2 and RDO
Up to date?
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit with Steam

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again?

I’ve tried verifying my files
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling both RedM & RDR2
I’ve tried restarting my computer
