You need different identifiers because some frameworks (ESX, QBCORE, QBOX etc) work with them and you can’t connect with the same identifier twice. If you follow my tutorial you will get this

You do not have a valid license for GTA V on the account you entered.
FiveM can only be started with an OFFICIAL, not cracked or similar GTA license.

Of course, as stated in the requirements, you must have two licensed GTA accounts. (How else could you have two different identifiers?)
