How do i enable player blips on the minimap?

I was wondering if its possible to enable them? like in normal gta online

Yes you can, if your server is using vMenu try enabling the feature in misc settings, or try Scammers Script Collection for a player blips resource to add to your server [Release] Scammer's Script Collection (09/03/17)
