Title says it, I’ve been looking through here and there and couldn’t find a solution. Basically what I am trying to do is convert gta5-mods.com add-on police vehicles into FiveM but don’t know how.
Here’s a car I tried to use with Luxart Vehicle Control but didn’t work.

Open the downloaded dlc.rpf with an archive program like 7zip or Winrar (I think Winrar supports it too). You can then navigate through the folders and find all the files you need (meta and ytd files).
Move ytd files to a folder called stream, meta files anywhere inside the resource, define your __resource.lua as mentioned in the tutorial you said and you’re done.
It’s very easy, don’t overcomplicate it.

Thanks for trying to help, but I think all the tutorials people make are meant for civilian vehicles, not police vehicles.
