I dont understand why i got banned for cheating if I only use a cloud gaming service to play five m? who else got this ban

bro this is a huge problem, i was gonna donate to a server literally tonight. at least i saved my money 
The solution is to wait, apparently. Since they don’t have the ability to solve this. I’m very disappointed.
