This is nothing special, just an emptied out room that most people didn’t even know existed. All collisions removed with professional software by a not-so-professional person.

Where the blue door is:
This room is completely empty, except for a heat radiator and ready for you to add your props to make it custom to your needs. It would be great for a start up gang or low level drug manufacturing. Anything your little heart desires for a small space.
Since my time is stretched between work and twiddling my thumbs, I won’t be able to create your interior for you. All the tools you need to do it are freely available with a bunch of videos on the YouTubes to show you how to use them.
Oh yeah, it does have one little bug that I couldn’t figure out. When the door is opened to walk in, one of the walls has a texture issue. This is only when the door is open. Once it’s closed, it goes away. I haven’t tested to see if others see it while inside.

Fixed the texture issue. If you already downloaded this, delete it and do it again. I updated the download.
To update:
- Delete the resource from your server
- Clear server cache
- Upload the new version
- Restart server
If you edited the ytyp file already to add interior props, KEEP YOUR .YTYP FILE!!!
