Fivem TOS need Help

Hello everyone, I have a problem because I’m starting to not understand the meaning of “unbranded car” and “TOS vehicles.”
Is it enough to just remove the logo for it to be okay, or do I need to change the entire bodywork? I don’t understand this anymore. I’m attaching two photos.

First is debadged second is TOS friendly but still i recognise that cars.

You only need to remove Branding like BMW etc. etc. so no logos from real life the cars rest can be as it is

This is false. The logo/brand on the vehicle does not remove the entire copyright that is on the model itself.

Debadging is officially recognized as not allowed as per the post below (over a year old, no excuse to be mistaken here!)
