What is the issue you’re having?
Some people on my FiveM server are able to hear all other players while using Mumble voice chat.
What are you trying to do?
Have people only hear players in their proximity
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Advised people to clear cache, reinstall fivem, reinstall gtav, turn off and on in game voice chat, change input devices, change voice proximity volume

This only affects maybe 1/8th of players.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!

This is a long standing problem for servers using Mumble VOIP. some folks have had success fixing the problem, most have not and threads just eventually die or get locked or go unresolved. Last thread I saw on this was from 2018 so hoping a fix has come out since.
