Fivem crashes only in certain areas

What did you do to get this issue?
Anytime I step near wardrobe game crashes and when I enter 24/7 stores. Other don’t seem to have this issue other than me.It will put me onto my desktop and sometimes game sounds still play in the background.
What server did you get this issue on?
No limit RP

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Just windows firewall and anti virus
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes
Also add what you already tried so far.
Reinstall Gta 5
Reinstall Fivem
Delete Cache
Tried pinned servers seems fivem doesn’t crash or anything
Downgrade to older drivers
