Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Kaspersky
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

Tried verifying with social club, still get the same pop up.

Hey there i can see you are having issues with your FiveM Cache, it looks like there are some missing dlc files in your gtav it’s self you might have to re-download gtav on steam if that is where you got it from or from the Social Club Store to be sure that you have the right files on your hard drive

Alright, figured it might have been something with the GTA files. Uninstalled and redownloading now. Thank you! Ill make an update if it is resolved or not.

Fianlly got the issue at hand fixed, Thank you for your help. However now Im encountering the failed to load through MTL issue. To my understanding, and research on the issue, there is no fix for it currently. If you have information on this issue, please share.

Hello once again, no there is currently not a fix for that issue, but it will fix itself at some point, FiveM Administrators are trying their best to fix the issue i will give you information if i get anything about it :wink:

  2. Negative, no modifications or plug-ins have been added. I redownloaded FiveM completely.
  3. Launching by clicking on application exe in FiveM folder.
  4. Working on getting my file up in hastebin, not very familar with it so no guarantees.
