Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes, no luck
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?
Yes, no luck. When running launcher as admin I get the MTL process for VM_READ error.
Also add what you already tried so far.
Completely reinstalled VS C++ 2015 Redistributables, Restarted computer numerous times, Ran Red Dead Online

Was able to get it working by installing the 2022 C++ Redistributables from Microsoft:

Then uninstalled and reinstalled RedM with a few restarts.

That’s odd and unlikely to be related.

Your crash dump however showed ‘aswhook.dll’ from Avast which makes it more likely that Avast did some ‘automatic sandboxing’ breaking the app, and ‘uninstalling and reinstalling’ somehow made Avast not consider RedM as an issue.
