Yes, no luck. When running launcher as admin I get the MTL process for VM_READ error. Also add what you already tried so far.

Your crash dump however showed ‘aswhook.dll’ from Avast which makes it more likely that Avast did some ‘automatic sandboxing’ breaking the app, and ‘uninstalling and reinstalling’ somehow made Avast not consider RedM as an issue.
