This is the first in a series of scenarios to provide RP for EMS and Fire communities to manage a larger scale incident.
I have put the props in place and give a background behind the incident so now it is up to you to decide on number of casualties, fire or other complications that your teams need to manage.

A crane unloading containers off a ship at the port has collapsed causing containers to fall from the ship, one container is loaded with gas bottles which have spilled out on the wharf.
