Exception Unhandled While Installing RedM

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again?
No caches.xml as all files and folders made by RedM disappear upon the error.

What did you do to get this issue?
I tried to install RedM and let it install, doing whatever it prompted such as confirming it needs to update game files and telling it where RDR2’s exe is.

What server did you get this issue on?
No server

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes

Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?
Everything runs as Admin

Also add what you already tried so far.
I tried it once, it failed. I retried it, repeated issue. I deleted the RedM exe, redownloaded it, placed it in it’s independent folder to not flood Downloads and possibly rely on being there (Minecraft modded days of old), and retried for the third time. This last time was a total restart before trying. It consistently gets through to the end, or near it, then gives this error.

A reinstall to make RDR2 work as I didn’t realize it wasn’t fixed this issue.
