EUP Vest Pack Not Working

Heyo. Has anyone had a similar issue with EUP 8.2 not working with the Vest & Earpiece pack? https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/character/25692-eup-vest＆earpiece/page/16/

This previously worked and I am 100% sure everything is setup correctly.
