Both, the ip lock helps me update the scripts without needing to send people the files again!

Yes you can use it on your local machine and server, the ip lock helps the script not get in the wrong hands or get leaked!

No, this system has a repair function.

You will have a config list with items required to repair the vehicle at that stage of damage!

Can I use it in Chinese server? FYI: Google is blocked in China.
