Error that i get whenever in a town.

What did you do to get this issue?
I get this error whenever i enter a town. Sometimes it happens when I’m just sitting still like lets say in the character selection menu of some servers, or whenever i am just at a camp.

What server did you get this issue on?

So Ive basically done everything i can on my side.
-Cleared cache multiple times
-Reinstalled RedM/Rockstar Launcher/Red Dead 2
-BIOS Update
-Factory Reset Windows
-GPU/CPU/RAM stress tests

This issue started occurring about a month ago. Game ran flawlessly before then and now whenever i go into a town or a large gathering of “server entities” i get the crash. I’ve done everything i can so this post is basically my last hope. Any advice or thoughts would help greatly.
