This seems to be related to some sort of a steam outage carrying on from yesterday, although I can’t find any reports on the steam outage itself. Hopefully someone can chime in with some more information soon…

Same - please fix <3

This worked for me

  • cleared cache in RedM
  • Closed Steam
  • Run steam as admin
  • Launch Rosckstar launcher and sign in not just open
  • deleted the files under Windows X86 Steam User data

But it only worked for some people

I have the same problem since yesterday evening, I also tried restarting the modem, and reinstalling RedM and Steam, the problem persists.

I have the same error but instead of Steam it says Epic, also this is my first time installing REDM so idk if its a problem on my side

Either this has fixed it for me, or RedM started working again. However, I cannot connect to servers regardless at the moment.

Do you mean the files IN userdata?

Yes under Windows x86 , steam, userdata there should be a folder with numbers delete that folder then run RDO once
