This is sad for a new server owner that is just now getting people into the server, also just now getting things set up nicely. I was going to log in and look at the weapons in the gun store so I can configure prices. I keep getting the error as well.

- Closing Steam from Taskbar
- Opening RSGL and signing in

Gives access to RedM itself but can not launch server.

There seems to be another issue my original solution takes away the Stearm ROS error for most but then you just hang in a infinite loading screen sadly will keep looking for a solution

This is wierd, i got the same problem, tho with Epic Games, exactly the same error code etc etcā¦

This will work for any server that does not rely on steam identifiers, otherwise youll be hung on an infinite loading screen.
Guess servers using steam identifiers are just SOL for now 
EDIT: Turns out I was wrong, its just steam/epic copies of the game that are not working. You can connect to any server if you purchased the game through the R* Launcher. Otherwise you are SOL until this issue is fixed.
