If an issue with starting: Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
I already tried delete cache, select default version of directX to 11, update GPU drivers.

Try reinstalling the game and tweaking in your in-game settings.
It also could be your GPU that’s causing this. My old videocard (Quadro 4000) used to get random colored screens while playing FiveM, similar to how you’d get a black or blue screen of death.
If you’ve got another newer videocard, try to run FiveM with that card and see if the issue persists. If it does, try reinstalling the game. If that doesn’t work too then try different drivers.
