What did you do to get this issue?
Installed RedM, after signing to steam it showed the error.

What server did you get this issue on?
On redm start up.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes

Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?
Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Disabled windows defender, downloaded different antivirus and disabled that aswell, restarted PC, uninstalled RedM while having turned off both antivures
