Err_gfx_init on RedM but FiveM Works?! Form Filled

What did you do to get this issue? Started RedM after update when Launching game, screen goes black and the crashes with error
What server did you get this issue on? Start up

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Uninstalled RDR2/RedM both fresh install.
Change api to Directx12
wipe cache
no fix

downloaded FiveM and GTA V after
those worked fine.
