Enabling custom vehicles which replace vanilla models?

So I’ve been able to achieve activating active trains and working subway system in my world… HOWEVER, I’m looking to change the actual train model (vanilla texture) to the attached photo model. Please give me an in depth description of how I would go about doing so please!! I know it has something to do with streaming, but need a little more information!

Train resources? You would use [RELEASE] FiveM Freight train (AI) and enterable trams (as passenger) (Suited for Roleplay to) - #253 by VenomXNL - this should work for you! If you want to change which ones to be active/ spawn, you can do so in client.lua . Cheers!
