Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? yes yes and it doesn’t support this

Also add what you already tried so far. lunch with vulkan, delete cache, update drivers, Searched forum for similar problems, reinstalled RedM, turned antivirus off, not running as admin.

I’ve actually found the solution, I think, I’ll let you know if it works but change your Graphics API or whatever to Vulkan.

Yes this is working! You need to change to Vulkan and not DirectX 12.you’re welcome
