Community Spotlight: August 2025

Welcome to the latest edition of the Community Spotlight, where we highlight scripts, servers, assets, and more, all created by FiveM and RedM community members!

We’ve had a few questions about how often you can expect Community Spotlights — our goal is to publish them monthly whenever possible, but we might occasionally need to skip a month to focus on higher-priority updates like the Release Notes. You can always check out the FiveM or RedM Release categories on the Cfx.re forums, or join us on Discord to see what the community’s working on.

Now onto the August 2025 Community Spotlight!

FiveM

Kuzkay’s Prop Placer

First up we have an amazing free FiveM resource: the Prop Placer script from KuzQuality. Placing persistent objects around your server is made simple with this intuitive script that allows precise placement of a huge variety of both pre-configured and custom props.

The Prop Placer allows you to easily place and rotate pre-configured GTAV objects throughout your FiveM server, or if you already have additional custom props in mind that you want to use, you can easily import them via the config files.

Find out more about the Prop Placer and download it for free over on the Cfx.re forums. You can also view KuzQuality’s full selection of free FiveM scripts over on their Tebex store.

RTX DEV’s Realistic Bowling Script and Map

Built with realistic physics, custom minigames, and smooth gameplay mechanics, RTX DEV’s paid bowling script includes two bowling maps to replicate the feel of a real bowling alley within FiveM:

RTX DEV aims to recreate the full bowling alley atmosphere, with synchronized animations and real-time score tracking to please both league night try-hards and casual players. You can also play solo or with friends, in case you just want to practice some trick shots or learn how to hit more than one pin at a time. And there’s multiple ball color variations, so you can match your bowling ball to your style.

Find out more about RTX DEV’s Bowling Script over on the Cfx.re forums.

ONX’s Coastal Contracts Update

ONX have launched Coastal Contracts — a jam-packed feature update to their FiveM RP server.

Released on June 27, Coastal Contracts brings “prioritization of the criminal roleplayer experience” and “new tools to support law enforcement roleplayers.” Civilian jobs have also been given an update for more in-depth immersion. For example, car mechanics now need to diagnose, report, and repair their customers’ car issues.

Coastal Contracts is a further extension of ONX’s persistent, evolving world where player narratives are paramount, driven by an interconnected economy and deeply immersive mechanics that ensure every action has a lasting, server-wide impact.

For more information, you can check out ONX’s website, or follow them over on X for future updates.

RedM

BulgaR has a large variety of paid RedM scripts to help you facilitate everything from taxi rides to bubble baths in your RedM server.

Some highlights of BulgaR’s scripts include:

  • House Decoration: Buy furniture for your home (the script comes pre-configured with 81 props, but you can add more custom items if you want to) and place them throughout your space.

  • Take a Bath: Relax and soak away your troubles in Blackwater and Valentine (other locations can be added if you like!) for a small fee, set by you.

  • Advent Calendar: A daily rewards claiming script to allow people to claim one thing (Cash, Gold, or Items) every day that they log into your server, to celebrate a special event or season.

  • NPC Robbery: This script allows you to rob NPCs of items and money. After robbing an NPC, sheriffs can also be notified of the robbery, and they will see a radius ping on the map so that they can go and check out the scene of the crime.

NoElusionz

NoElusionz is a RedM YouTube/Twitch streamer who currently owns and plays on the RedemptionRP server.

Self-described as “Just a dude trying to tell stories,” NoElusionz is a seasoned roleplayer who streams RedM pretty much every weekday, and sometimes on weekends. If you’re looking at Twitch or YouTube on any given day, NoElusionz is probably streaming some RedM.

You can find NoElusionz here on Twitch. You can also find out more about RedemptionRP by checking out their Discord server.

That’s all for this Community Spotlight, folks: if you’re interested in having your creations featured on the next Community Spotlight (or want to share something cool you’ve seen), you can post them in the Community channels over on the Cfx.re Discord server.

Soooo the release notes that have also not been posted since May? :upside_down_face:

You really really really need to communicate with your community more often! There are so many open things especially like “coming soon” and then no more news whatsoever. (good example is enhanced support.

Release Notes for June/July should be out within the next week or two, depending on Editorial process time. We’re combining a few of them together, so nothing will be missed!

Thanks for including ONX in the spotlight!

It’s quite strange that Spotlight features an prop placement script when KuzQuality already has a Sims-like shell creation script.

Edit: Maybe the prop placer was included because it’s free, but I would prefer Spotlight to feature more unique scripts that contribute to the community.
Also, I like RTX, but I think the bowling script is neither unique nor particularly innovative. in my opinion, it’s not much different from rcore bowling.

It must be very hard for Cfx. To write a post. All they do is put text into text box and hit post.

It would be nice to see some smaller creators highlighted, even if they’re small or technical resources being published that would be helpful for devs, server owners, and creators.

For Example:

Interesting Dev Resource:
https://forum.cfx.re/t/utility-objectify

Interesting Dev/Server owner tool:
https://forum.cfx.re/t/zone-creation-tool/

Free asset/creative contribution/animations:
https://forum.cfx.re/t/free-drugs-emotes-11-animations-with-props/

ONX, RTX, and Kuzkay are already some the biggest and highest earnings creators on FiveM/Tebex, would be great to reward and highlight smaller people contributing novel paid content and free and open source projects. Might be a positive boost for those creators to continue pushing new and creative releases.
