I agree with @Smallo & I think that FiveM/Rockstar should focus on community - and not monetization with Tebex.
My feeling is that before acquisition (& before Tebex) FiveM was much better. Rules became stricter but if you report a server for selling realbrands, they don’t get checked/monitored.

- CFX has added new support agents to help with tickets.
- CFX plans to update documentation.
- R* has job openings for people.
- AvarianKnight fixed a state bag issue.
- Redm got its native declarations updated (although there is not a dedicated page hosted by CFX for it?).
- Anticheat was updated.
- Keymaster now gives you a heads up when receiving a transferred asset that was purchased 14 days ago or less.
- A ton of community members have been contributing with updates to various natives.
- Gmail users get emails faster than before.
- Servers tagged with NYC or other obvious tos violations are somehow still up while CFX claims " In the past six months, we have taken action against more infringing servers than in all previous years combined".
- I stayed up late to snipe this post.
