What did you do to get this issue? start redm after changing to directx graphics then back to vulkin
What server did you get this issue on? Louisiana Purchase

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? yes

Also add what you already tried so far. have wiped caches, have gone to both recommended sites and checked for and installed updates, have gone into the config file and changed the advanced graphics to vulkin and false (yes with quotes), have updated nvidia drivers, updated system drivers, reinstalled redm 2 times.
